Andrea Navedo (born 10 October 1978 in The Bronx, NY) is an American actor and a singer. Navedo started her acting career on daytime soap operas. She played Linda Soto, the ABC soap One Life to Live from 1995 to 1998. She was cast in Guiding Light, a CBS soap-opera that aired on CBS between 1999 and 2000. She played Theresa Sandoval. In 1996 she made her debut on screen with a brief character as a minor character in Girl 6. She then was seen in New York Undercover episodes and The District. Navedo played on Double Take, an action-comedy film released in 2001. The drama Washington Heights was released the next year. From 2001 until 2004 Navedo was a frequent character in the NBC crime drama Law & Order as Detective Ana Cordova. The character was later featured on in Law & Order: Criminal Intent Damages as well as Blue Bloods and Blue Bloods. Navedo has also appeared in numerous films including El Cantante and Remember Me. Navedo appeared as a character in How to Make It in America Golden Boy, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit between 2011 and 2013 and also. Superfast!, a comedy film that she played. The Fast and the Furious films were mocked in the film of 2015. Navedo started her acting career in the world of daytime soaps.
