Lauren Ash-Morgan, actor and a member of the SSC's board from 2011 is the co-founding artistic director of the recently formed theatre firm Speech of Fire. She was the Artistic Director of Seoul Shakespeare Company from 2014 through the year 2019. In her role as the Artistic Director of SSC, she was the company's composer/musician/text coach, as well as set/costume/music design.
